Hello, My mother uses this phone with a prepay SIM card (no data), but this prevents us from using the emergency call functions which use the data and internet connections to call nearby smartphones (requires an app apparently - I haven't tested it) the phone can only call the 3 programmed numbers, but it is very easy to use. According to the documentation provided, the emergency function uses a button on the back of the phone, or a timer (i.e. to initiate the call if something happens in the shower)

Hello Adi65 From the manufacturer's operating instructions I can see the following: "It is possible to change the emergency number, but it is not recommended." The unit can only store one emergency number. By default, the emergency number 112 or 114 will most likely be linked. By pressing this button, the emergency call centre will then receive all the necessary information, such as name, age, location, etc. The more information you put there, the more information you will receive. The more information you store there, the easier it is for the emergency call centre to react quickly. With the 3 memory locations A, B and C, you will also be able to save 3 contacts that you can call directly without first having to search for them in the phone book. I hope I was able to help a little further :-) Kind regards
