Yes, there is a WhatsApp function. But I don't need it because I don't have the Internet switched on. BB

What font size can you set it to? My friend needs at least font size 14.

You can only set the font size to "large" or "small". Unfortunately, I cannot answer whether "large" corresponds to font size 14.

What does that mean? "You can also use social networks and other apps over fast 4G LTE networks." Can WhatsApp be installed? Is it possible to provide a hotspot for a LapTop?

WhatsApp was even pre-installed on mine. Making a hotspot should work, but I have never tried it.
