The SIM card in digitec's "iot Data flat (30 days unlimited 300 Mbit/s unlimited)" subscription is compatible with the Sunrise network, which offers 3G, 4G/LTE and 5G coverage. The Netgear Hotspot Nighthawk M1 you mention is compatible with 4G/LTE networks and can also operate on 3G and 5G networks, thanks to its support for several frequency bands, including those used by Sunrise. Since the Nighthawk M1 supports LTE Advanced Pro and four-band aggregation, it should be able to deliver the speeds advertised in your subscription, including up to 300 Mbps, in areas where Sunrise network reception is good. So you shouldn't experience any significant reduction in speed with this device, provided the APN settings are correctly configured for the Digital Republic operator and the Sunrise network.

Yes, you can insert the "iot data flat rate (30 days unlimited 300 Mbit/s)" SIM card into a 5G router. Here are some relevant details: - The SIM card supports the Sunrise 3G, 4G/LTE and 5G network, which enables a connection via 5G. - The speed of 300 Mbps is best suited for LTE, 5G routers, smart home internet connections and other broadband internet services. The SIM card should therefore work without any problems in a 5G router.

Once and never again! That was also my idea about moving house... but at both places of residence the data rate was so massively lower than the advertised 300Mbit/s that the product was unusable. I then connected to the Internet via my cell phone hotspot. 'iot Daten Flat' goes via the Sunrise network and I would think twice about whether I wanted to do that. Oh yes, the support is really bad, there is no feedback on the extremely low data rate measurements.

Hello, Unless we are mistaken, you should be able to top up the card after 30 days via your Digital Republic customer area. You can find the supplier's contact details at the following link: https://support.digitalrepublic.ch/fr/support/tickets/new

Normally there should be no speed restrictions according to Digital Republic, but maybe the place where you want to use the card is not well served by the operator in question? I invite you to contact them directly in order to know better where the problem may come from. https://digitalrepublic.ch/fr/contact/

Is there a firmware update for your Huawei E5786? Can you try it in an old mobile phone in the same place? Which speed test did you use to try it out? Do you live in an apartment building with many people in a small space? (--> https://www.digitec.ch/de/page/mobile-router-sind-nichts-fuer-krisenzeiten-kauf-keinen-19007 )

That's it, you activate the card for CHF 40.00 for the first month, then you can choose in the preferences to be debited every month or on a one-off basis.
