I am 184 cm tall, the chair compares well with the noblechairs epic, and the backrest is big enough for me.
Mine arrived intact. Make a claim I think Galaxus is serious and will send you a new chair without any problem.
on our plastic floor, the castors are just barely sufficient. i don't know if they can be replaced after assembly. we haven't tried. a big minus is that the synthetic leather becomes cracked and flakes off after a short time. chair size fits approx. 185 cm perfectly.
