Is there any other part in plastic except from the filter that can be removed? For example is the filter sliding in some plastic components? Thanks :)

The filter is fixed in the metal body. Plastic parts are the handle and knob and the base around the charging element.

Hello The product is 99% stainless steel, the only internal part made of plastic is the filter frame, which is in the upper part where you pour the water. By the way, you can take it out.

Is the KBOV 2001 supplied with a CH plug? Am I correct in assuming that, as in the picture, it is still the old MOdell, which is no longer available new?

The product may have a foreign power plug, which can be connected to Swiss sockets by means of an adapter supplied. This is an older model which is currently still available from our supplier.
