Why was it 9.90CHF a few minutes ago, i add two of them to "Shopping cart" and the price rise to 16.50CHF p.p ? Isn't it illegal to make the price rise like that ?

Yes, it is. You should get a lawyer and sue Digitec for all their money... Or just buy it somewhere else. PS: Prices may vary depending on the day and hour anytime. It may also have been an error.
