The cooler has a very good cooling performance. I have already installed this in the NR200P Mini ITX case with i5 12400f and the temperature never went above 65 degrees! Top.

Yes, that will work, the TG4 allows a max. CPU cooler height of 160mm, the AK400 has 155mm.
