Thanks for pointing this out, the length was incorrectly stated in cm instead of metres :) The cable has a length of 100 metres.

The cable length is 305m. I don't know what the 0.31m refers to - maybe the width of the box...
Every network cable that complies with a network standard according to Cat. 5/6/7/etc is suitable for PoE. There is no distinction between those that are and those that are not. PS: this is a cable made of stranded wire that is used to make patch cables, i.e. connectors are crimped on both ends. It is the wrong cable for permanent installation.

Yes, that is certainly feasible, but the connector is also relevant for the transmission speed. You can find connection topics on the web.
According to the data sheet, this should be an S/FTP construction foil stranding with the pairs to PiMF (Pair in Metal Foil).
