I have used for a house installation and it works very well.
Every network cable that complies with a network standard according to Cat. 5/6/7/etc is suitable for PoE. There is no distinction between those that are and those that are not. PS: this is a cable made of stranded wire that is used to make patch cables, i.e. connectors are crimped on both ends. It is the wrong cable for permanent installation.
