Questions about D-Link Wireless N300 Access Point

Has anyone else had problems configuring their DAP 2020 access point? I can't connect to the device at all to configure it. The link in the manual is wrong and the default IP address found on the net doesn't work either. My notebook takes the IP automatically but I can't find a way to connect to the device. Thank you very much for your help!

I have 100mbits on the cable, but only 10% of that on the wifi... Does anyone know this problem? Is the device defective, or is there a setting that can be made?

Is it possible to connect a network switch to a D-Link AP N300 Wireless and then serve other users in the network via Ethernet?

I have been trying to set up the access point for several days but unfortunately without success. I cannot connect although I have connected the device to the notebook and entered the IP address 192.168.0.1, as the link provided does not work. I have Sunrise as the provider and am trying with the Chrome browser. I would be very grateful for help. Many thanks
