I don't have the possibility to use WLAN on my PC at the moment, I only have LAN cable, can I put this stick in and then connect via mobile phone hotspot?

Does it make any difference to connect this stick with a USB cable to place it in a more favourable reception position?

Moving the WLAN USB stick to a better position with a USB extension cable is _always_ a good idea. Maybe also mount the WLAN access point in a more suitable place (optimal would be [1] in the same room and/or [2] above head height).

I wanted to ask you if you can play games with good internet like Gta, Fortnite etc.. and stream them? Or else do you know a usb wifi stick that can do this!

This works without any problems with a USB hub. However, the hub should support at least USB 3.0, otherwise the WLAN stick will be slowed down.
