Yes, this switch can be supplied with the power injector via a normal network cable. Only works with 48 volts, not with 24 volts.

Please pay attention, that these ports are just power in and cannot power any other system as I understand the informations of the manufacturer (http://www.dlink.com/de/de/support/product/dgs-1100-series-gigabit-smart-switches).
It needs at maximum 24 Watts and supports the Standard 802.3af, so it should work.
