Hello I bought this router runs all great only with the Samsung Note 20 ultra and Note 9 goes with wifi very bad ! Why ? Every page in browser loads very slowly and also apps ! Why ? Anyone experience?

I haven't had any problems so far. Try arranging them differently. The frequency of another router in the vicinity may also be needed. If necessary, you can also try switching to 2.4 GHz.

Stay away from this ac2600 DLink router, I'm not so bad in IT, bud, it is near impossible to work with the router, I'm Dutch...(yeh sorry really) 113chf cheap, and how bad can it be...Bad.
