Question about D-Link Ac2600 Exo

Hello I bought this router runs all great only with the Samsung Note 20 ultra and Note 9 goes with wifi very bad ! Why ? Every page in browser loads very slowly and also apps ! Why ? Anyone experience?

I haven't had any problems so far. Try arranging them differently. The frequency of another router in the vicinity may also be needed.
If necessary, you can also try switching to 2.4 GHz.
