The best thing to do is to contact our customer service directly (digitec@digitec.ch). Your request can then be examined individually.
Until 21.12.2020 you can return the game to us and get a full refund, even if the box is already opened.
Only PlayStation and Xbox versions can be returned.
After 21.12.2020 you cannot return the game if the box is opened.

Yes, in principle you can, I play the game on the first generation of the normal PS4.
I don't experience any major problems, but many people report problems on all PS4 variants.

The PS5 has backwards compatibility with PS4 games, so yes this game would work on the PS5.

Generally you will have it in your letterbox on the day of release, but always without guarantee. (depending on how much digitec receives and can ship etc.)
If a customer has bought a product, this is already marked accordingly with (has bought this product).
Only if you also own the digital version of the game, but since this game is offered in physical form (disc) you cannot play it on your PS5 unless you have the digital edition for the PS4.
