The difference is that this headset is a sort of ''update'' of the headset. There is the Corsair Void Pro and that is the older model and now Corsair has brought out this model a few months ago as a sort of update. The sound quality etc. is better with this headset than with the Void Pro as far as I know.

The headset needs a radio transmitter that is connected via USB, so it won't work directly. Unfortunately, I don't know if it would work with a USB adapter.

Have you also set the headset as the default in the control panel? Have you also selected the headset at the bottom right (windows10) and not the speakers? The ICue software from Corsair also helps you to download the best drivers. Does the headset light up? If the headset is not lit up, it is not working or is not plugged in correctly.
