Have you looked in the manual of the mainboard to see which two slots are to be used for only two RAM bars? Normally, these are slots 2 and 4, counting from the CPU socket. And do you have your monitor connected to the mainboard or to the graphics card? Does the monitor have power and is it switched on?
What exactly RAM is used for is not really important. The Server / Workstation specification is probably wrong. The RAM has RGB, which is more a concern of gamers (without benefits). In the server or workstation area, there is really nothing to be gained from this.
