I don't see a problem there, yes.
A few years ago, I wanted to replace my "Mushkin Redline 3x2GB, DDR3-1600, CL6-8-6-24@1.65V" with exactly the above-mentioned memory sticks. But since I had 6 slots on the mainboard, I came up with the idea: why not use both pairs? (Corsair and Mushkin). The result was: it worked with a maximum of 3 Corsair, but ONLY 1 Mushkin bar. If I installed two or three Muskin, the PC no longer booted. I did the whole thing with an ASUS P6T (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/asus-p6t-intel-x58-lga-1366-sli-cfx-lga-1366-atx-mainboard-208942). Conclusion: in the end I had a total of 14GB RAM :) Hope that helps you.

If you have 4 ram slots, it runs on dual channel, 2 sticks together (2x 16gb dual channel memory).
These should be compatible with yout device: Kingston KTH-PL316EK4/32G (4x, 8GB, DDR3-RAM, unbuffered, ECC)
