The product includes an 8-pin (4+4) EPS/ATX 12V cable, but there is no specific information on a 4-pin cable. However, 8-pin EPS/ATX 12V cables are often used to power components such as CPUs and GPUs, while 4-pin cables are generally used to power devices such as hard disks or fans, which in this case might be covered by other types of connections such as SATA or Molex.

Yes, you can generally use the power supply unit with any standard motherboard. The decisive factor is the connector, which is almost always 24 pin ATX. However, I would be surprised if you need a 1200W power supply with the motherboard. I would optimise the config a little so as not to throw hard-earned money out of the window unnecessarily. Also note that this power supply has the plugs on the side. This is not usual.

if it is compatible with the case you can check on pcpartpicker.com. it certainly has enough power for the 4070, better buy a 850w psu for this gpu. the motherboard is an unnecessary question, for sure it is compatible.

The internal connection cables are included as with corsair. The part comes with a German plug. In my case, however, Digitec included a Swiss cable.
