Will the MM200 extended with the new Corsair logo also be available soon?

When we will offer the keyboard with the new logo, we cannot say at the moment. As soon as this is the case, the keyboard with the following manufacturer number can be found in our online shop: CH-9000101-WW

if the mouse-pad is rotated of 360 degrees, is it exactly the same mouse-pad (== before the rotation)? Thank you

I'd like to help you but I'm confused about your question :) Since 360 degrees is a full circle, well yes it is. It is also still the same mousepad if you rotate it 1 degree...
