Because according to the computer, it is at the limit. https://netzteilrechner.de/?s=44d5ead9afe4 I think the individual components don't quite fit together, hence the crashes and freezes. And you should add 100W as a buffer for the power supply.

I ask myself the same question and Digitec seems to have neither the backbone to answer here nor to simply return the devices to the manufacturer. On the contrary, they are now trying to get rid of them as a promotion. Poor customers who fall for it. Is commerce once again taking precedence over customer friendliness? Get rid of such devices and return them to the manufacturer, you would be doing the customers a greater favour than trying to sell them such junk!
