According to research, the product should have a reset hole that you can press briefly with a needle if the product hangs or cannot be switched off. This will restore the factory settings. For further help, please contact us directly via our digitec Assistant:

Hello, to save photos and videos on the Photo Instant Print Creator ( ), use a micro-SD card up to 32 GB, standard compatible (not included).
The cards tested (32 GB LX Serie and 128 GB SanDisk Ultra) do not work because the capacity exceeds 32 GB or for compatibility reasons (insufficient speed class).
Insert the card into the interface provided; the device will allow you to view them on the screen or transfer them via USB, without the need to print them.
If the problem persists, check the FAT32 formatting and consult the user manual or our community for further help.
There are 2 buttons for taking photos, one for the "instant photo" (i.e. printing) and one for the "digital photo". The instant button is located at the bottom right of the screen, the digital photo button at the top right. If you want to print an image that has already been saved, select it (you can access the menu via the centre button to the left of the screen) and press the instant button.
It's a thermal printer (like a till receipt). The great thing is that the photos are quite cheap and can be coloured.
But the quality is not so good for printing and hanging up.
All in all, the camera is a good choice.
White lines on your Canal Toys Photo Creator Instant photos are usually caused by the thermal printing process and the limitations of the printer/paper, not because the camera is broken. Thermal printing is simpler and does not provide photorealistic, colourful prints, it is normal that contrasts and details look different, including light or white lines in the prints.
You can use any standard USB cable (such as USB-A to USB-C or Micro-USB depending on the device port) connected to a DC 5V source, such as a computer USB port or wall adapter. There's no need for a special cable with a large cylinder or transformer, as charging is done directly via USB without a dedicated adapter.
Yes, with the built-in microSD card (4 GB included), the camera can also record and save videos. An additional memory card can expand the memory to store more photos and videos.
The estimated autonomy of the instant camera is linked to its built-in rechargeable battery, but no precise duration in hours or number of photos is specified in the available sources. It runs on a rechargeable battery via an included USB-C cable, enabling it to print over 250 photos using the paper rolls supplied, which gives an idea of how long it can be used before needing to be recharged.
According to our information, it does not have a flash. As we have no actual user experience with the product, we have forwarded your question to the Community so that it may be answered by another customer.
Thanks for the tip, I have just reported the error. Unfortunately there is no SD card included, but:
