Hello Info The question is possibly unclearly formulated, i.e. with what (product name = TN-241 or TN-245) are you comparing here? And for this reason it has probably not yet been answered. Please be more precise, thank you. Greetings

The "DR-241" are the drum units into which the toner cartridge can be inserted. The toner has the designation "TN-241". If you simply need "new colour", you must therefore use toner (TN-241) and not drum units. If you only want to replace individual colours, you can also buy them separately. For black, for example, that would be here: Brother TN-241BK (Toner, BK)

Does it also fit the Brother MFC-9332 CDW?

According to my information, you need toners of the TN-242 series (black and colour) or TN-246 series (colour). Brother TN-242BK (Toner, BK) Brother TN-246M (Toner, M) See also manufacturer's page under Consumables & Accessories: https://www.brother.de/drucker/laserdrucker/mfc-9332cdw

Helpful answer

Hello Raphael Unlike HP, for example, Brother keeps the toner and the drum (in simple terms, the roller over which the paper is printed with the toner powder) separate. The drum survives much longer than a toner cartridge and therefore does not always need to be replaced. In the end, this should save costs and help the environment. The toner cartridges here are then latched into the drum unit. So you only have to change what the printer shows on the display. I hope I was able to answer your question.
