Quite frankly I've never used the add-ons. Plus brushes will not last long (not very hygienic to use them for more than a couple of months maybe). I'd say buy it without them... And the face thingy ripped off my skin so that's one I'd never use again

I ordered it for my wife so I don't know first hand :-) But basically: it's exactly the same machine. The only difference is the accessories included. From what I hear, she's doing the same (removing the hair of the face) plus doing a foot treatment. And she does that with the base model. So I'd say you can get this one, and if you think it's needed you can always order the accessories later. Hope that helps!
