Models with real strain gauge sensors and without memory smoothing, e.g:
- Withings Body+ or Body Comp
- Eufy Smart Scale P2 Pro
- Tanita RD-953 or BC-545N
These really measure every time you step on them and also show small differences.
In contrast, cheap models under CHF 30 almost always use the memory logic described above.
The scale cannot be paired directly with Apple Health. However, you can collect the data via the "Beurer HealthManager" app and then use the "Sync Solver - Health to Fitbit" app to synchronise the data from Apple Health to Fitbit if you are using an iPhone connection. Direct synchronisation with Apple Health is not provided.
If you enter your data in the scale (gender, age, height, activity) when you start the scale, the scale saves all your values in the scale. If you do not enter any data in the scale, it will only display your body weight.
