Unfortunately we do not know if there are any costs if the machine is sold through us. It is best to contact Bernina directly and ask if the free training is also valid for machines sold through other dealers.

How does this work with the 1-hour instruction? There was nothing in the package. Do I have to contact Bernina directly?
