I just had a quick look on the manufacturer's website:

Hello, this support must be fixed with screws to the ceiling. The holes for the screws must be drilled.
The ceiling mount has been in use for a long time in a meeting room (with a BenQ MH680). It is nice how the cables are well stored in the mounting tube.

The bracket is universal and can be used for three or four attachment points. It has corresponding rails and screws in the packaging.
It is universal. It has I think 3-4 different screw sizes, it should cover the whole BenQ range. I have installed my TH670 with it, no problems, works great.
Yes, the projector can be rotated practically 360 degrees and also swivelled slightly (approximately 45 degrees upwards and 45 degrees downwards).
