1. does all the cleaning fluid have to go into the tank to clean the fog machine? (the cleaning process takes over 1 hour) 2. the instructions state that the machine must be cleaned after 40 hours. What does the 40 hours refer to? To the time since the last use? Or does the machine have to be cleaned after a total of 40 hours of use? 3. our machine was delivered with a mist liquid already included. According to the instructions, the fogging liquid must be removed from the tank before cleaning and refilled with fogging liquid after cleaning. Can the fogging liquid supplied be used? Is the fog machine actually stored with liquid?

I have just installed it, the first time after a few minutes the green bulb came on and made some smoke, the other times it stays red for many minutes, I don't know if I just have to be patient or if there is something wrong. The product seems sturdy, well made, the lights too. In my package there was a cable for the Swiss plug. Regards

@tschumi3000 Only one EU plug was included. It is this standard PC cable. For small rooms ok, but if you need a lot of smoke, it's not the right cable. Produces smoke only a few seconds, then it has to warm up again. LED's can be turned off when not needed. I could not produce really dense smoke with them. The smoke machine is delivered filled. Everything nice and tight, etc. Hope I could help.
