Questions about be quiet! Dark Power 13 850 Watt

Is that enough for a system with ryzen 7 5800x and 4060 ti 16gb and 16gb ram with 1tb ssd

24-pin included? If not, which one would you recommend? And are the cables long enough for installation in the Fractal North?

Is 1000w enough for a system with an i5 13600kf and an Rx 7900xtx. I only need the PC for sim racing, e.g. Asseto Corsa.

Hello everyone :) I would like to ask you what kind of power supply you would recommend. I currently have a 1000 watt power supply in my computer. It is gold standard, but maybe about 7 years old. Since I'm not at home at the moment, I can't tell you exactly which one it is. However, it is a Cooler Master power supply. In my PC there is a new ASUS ROG Strix Z690-F Gaming Wifi and an ASUS GeForce TUF RTX 3090 Gaming 24 GB installed. As far as I can see, both also need 2x 8-pin PCI-E connectors, i.e. a total of 4 such connectors. With my old power supply I have enough such connections directly. But does the new be quiet! Dark Power 13 1000 W also have four such connections? Off the top of my head I can only see two. Regardless of my question: Would you recommend a different power supply? And if so: Why? And in general: The reason why I am looking for a new power supply is because I was told that if the old power supply is already as old as in my case, problems can often occur and it is also no longer technologically up-to-date. Is the required cable for a 4080 included here or do I have to order it separately?

This power supply unit also has a 16-pin PCIe 5.0 (1x) connection option, why does it only say 6+2-pin PCI Express (4x)
