2in1 means that it can be used at home instead of a PC and at the same time it is portable like any notebook. Not every notebook is suitable as a replacement for a PC in terms of performance and features. With the included USB-C to USB-A&HDMI dongle, you can connect a larger monitor at home.

No, the universal dock is not included in the scope of delivery. However, the USB-C adapter is included.

This is undoubtedly a mistake, the HD 620 has no dedicated memory (so much so that the next line in the specification states that the memory is shared).
I wouldn't know where he could possibly get that 32Gb! :-)

How important is that with this device? No one does video editing on a grand scale. The Zenbook 3 feels extremely fast when working. I just tested the speed of the SDD with Crystal Diskmark Portable. Here are the results:
Seq Q32T1 Read 557.1 and Write 495.9
4K Q32T1 Read 283.7 and 286.0
Seq Read 500.6 and 442.1
All values in MB/s.
This indicates a SATA interface, but it's fast enough for me.
