Questions about ASUS Zenbook 14 Flip OLED

the laptop seems to have the fan on all the time. it is strange as it is on even for no action at all (CPU 1%). whisper mode does not help. even CPU temp 45 deg gives it 2800rpm (per BOIS). is this standard? i hoped for fan off until the CPU gets to action.

The title says Intel Core i7... but in the description it says AMD Ryzen. Which is correct now?

I bought the Asus Zenbook 14 and it came with an Asus Pen 2.0. However, I can neither write notes nor operate the Zenbook with it. The buttons on the pen seem to work. I can use the button on the pen to open OneNote or the pen menu. However, the rest does not work. Has anyone had the same problem and know how to solve it?

In the past, the ASUS Zenbooks were made of aluminium and had military-grade quality. Is that also the case with this model?
