according to my research, they have either 60hz 4K or 120hz full HD
I don't think you can look at it anywhere, and you'd best ask galaxus yourself whether they sell it, at least I can't find it.

Yes, the one model comes with a WQHD resolution and 60Hz and the other with a FHD resolution but 120Hz, plus you can choose whether you want the 100 LEDs at the back of the screen or not.
