This is the version without LEDs on the back of the panel; both versions have the "holes".

You need a SO-DDR4-RAM 3200 MHz bar. I equipped mine with a 32G bar, so I have a total of 40G, it's a pleasure. Here is the model I bought a year ago, maybe you can find a successor HyperX SO-DDR4-RAM Impact 3200 MHz 1x 32 GB (1 x 32GB, DDR4-3200, SO-DIMM 260 pin)

Yes, this is possible - but it is not switched to maximum power (games like Cyberpunk 2077 jerk a little) - with the right power source, the game runs better.
Unfortunately we just offer it with the Swiss layout.

I tried it out briefly in May for testing: Ubuntu 20.04 didn't run at all - then I took another distro that ran (I think it was Manjaro). What definitely didn't run well was the power management / fan control (hot, high battery consumption, loud fans) ... maybe it looks different today / and with tinkering you might be able to fix it. As far as I can remember: Touch pad and WLan worked (Bluetooth, external camera, sleep: I don't remember). ... I didn't bother with it any more, with WSL2 I have everything I need - and it works out-of-the-box.
Version without LED has a height of 1.79 cm
Version with LED (AniMe) has a height of 1.99 cm
Unfortunately there is no simpler feature, just have to look for the product height in the specifications.
