Since you have already ruled out the cable, it is of course theoretically possible that some voltage transformer on the MoBo is responsible for the problem. What I would try to rule out first, however, would be the power supply unit. If you have the possibility to connect another NT to the system, this would strengthen the suspicion. Crackling and noise in the sound are often signs of overvoltage. Audio outputs are of course the most sensitive. What you can try, for example, I solved it for my Katana soundbar by using an adapter cable for USB-C. It wasn't the solution for me at the time either, as it's a firmware problem with the Katana, but it would also be an option for you. Overall, however, I think it's more of a voltage problem. That's why I would really try the NT, even if it's so new, to rule it out. After that, I would simply register a return of the mainboard. Here at Galaxus, that's very quick :)

Good evening , I have the same board and my Win 11 Pro runs as a clean installation, i.e. after the update to Win 11, it is cleanly reinstalled directly. With the tool HWinfo64, the status can be checked exactly under "Operating System", the entries "UEFI - Boot" - "Secure Boot" - "TPM" must be green so that the installation works. It is best to install with the Win 11 tool "MediaCreationToolW11" ... If these entries are not green in the HWINFO64, you must change the following entries in the Bios: Go to "PCH - FW" and activate the "PTT". CPU is not an issue, the mainboard is more complicated. It is possible that the Windows licence will no longer be activated after the change. You have to try that out. Basically, I would recommend a new installation so that everything is really clean. But you can also just try it first.

DDR4-3200 is the maximum that is supported by default. Above that is still possible with OC. Slower is technically not a problem. However, I would still recommend installing something in the direction of 3000 so that the performance is right.
