I think it depends on the model, but unfortunately I can't find it either. So I suspect that it has something to do with the model, but otherwise it's a great laptop

Impaired usually means that signs of use are visible. However, the product is technically fully functional.
You can change the colour of the keyboard illumination using the Armoury Crate application pre-installed on the PC.
I was able to do some research and, according to the manufacturer's instructions, there is indeed a built-in touchpad that can be converted into a numeric keypad by touch. The digits then light up as shown in the pictures and you can use the numeric keypad functions if, for example, you are working with a mouse or need to type a large amount of numbers.
Description states an RTX 5070ti while specifications state an RTX 5060.
Same for win11 pro vs home.
