According to the article here, it's a pretty economical motherboard (35W in idle with i5 8600K): https://www.techporn.ph/review-asus-rog-strix-b360-f-gaming-motherboard/ A motherboard alone usually doesn't really need much wattage, it depends more on what kind of CPU, what kind of RAM sticks etc. you use. If you're not sure whether your PSU is sufficient, I would suggest you enter your components in a list on pcpartpicker.com anyway, then you'll be warned of any incompatibilities ;)

It works, but I wouldn't recommend it, you'll probably have to do a BIOS update, which you can't do without an 8th gen processor, since you can't overclock, you lose performance for free. I would recommend this motherboard: AsRock Z390 Extreme4, ATX, LGA1151 (LGA 1151, Intel Z390, ATX)

But then you don't really need a K processor and could save yourself the money. -> Intel Core i7-8700 (LGA 1151, 3.20GHz) PS: But of course you can also buy the K processor. The whole thing is compatible in any case. But then you can't overclock. -> https://www.asus.com/ch-de/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-B360-F-GAMING/HelpDesk_CPU/

for an nvidia this is no problem only if you want to build a system with more than 1 graphics card it has to be from amd -> Multi-GPU technology AMD CrossfireX also important is a sufficient power supply for your system with a rtx2070 as a quick example to calculate the power supply: https://www.bequiet.com/de/psucalculator
