My armrests are now quite loose - only the upper part which can be moved forwards/backwards to the right/left. Is there any way of tightening a screw there? They were already fitted on delivery Thank you

I have the Verona, but I've had a look and unfortunately haven't found anything. Why don't you get in touch with Aozzi quickly, they have very fast customer service. Because that sounds like signs of wear to me. I had the same problem with my last chair.

Interesting that my Arozzi gaming chair that I ordered in January suddenly can't be delivered until the beginning of September, but if you order a new one, it will be delivered in February?
