Does it reach 400° ?

Can anyone give me a tip? My pizzas always burn. It's a shame to waste food. I always preheat the oven on the highest setting until the pilot light goes out and put the pizza in, immediately after which heavy smoke develops every time and the base burns inedibly.

I am one of your many hopeless and helpless customers. Ordered this product on 8 March with a delivery timeline of 10 days, we are now at the third delay in a row and still without the oven. Ridiculous situation, this is simple supply chain logistics and the supplier should know whether it can satisfy the demand or not. And definitely not wait until the day of delivery to update the system and tell us it cannot be delivered! This is not the first time that something like this has happened on Galaxus and it will continue to happen until the system is changed. In the meantime we pay for these products up front. Thank you for the unnecessary stress! You can rest assured that my kids keep asking about it.

I ordered and paid for the product on 14.02.2021 but it has still not been delivered to me due to delays from the supplier . Now you have put it in promo. Will I at least be entitled to a refund of the difference ?

What is the temperature? Does the oven reach 400 degrees?
