Questions about Apple Mac Studio

We are a graphics office and work with a Synology NAS 213+ with two HDs as a server. Since updating from two IMAC i7s to the Apple Mac Stuio, the Finder keeps crashing or hangs for a very long time. Are there any recommendations for a modern server solution?

Hello, what is the processor version of the m2 max? on some versions it is indicated on other 38 and it does not correspond to the right price. I'm interested in the m2 max 64gb 2tb version. the 32gb ram version is 200 cheaper (which corresponds to the price of the ram and is supposed to have the most powerful processor, which makes no sense).
