Unfortunately, I don't have the iPhone with leather case available at the moment, but the product information for the leather case I bought states a weight of 100 g. I will be able to weigh the case at the end of the week. However, I will be able to weigh the case at the end of the week. If the stated weight is confirmed, I will not write a correction to my answer.
