You need an AM3+ motherboard, for a 1060 the FX-8350 should have enough power without limiting the card. The question is, how much sense does it make to install an old CPU? For the same money you can get a current Ryzen 3 1300X or a cutting-edge Intel i3-8100 (both 4 cores/4 threads) and for about CHF 50 more a decent Ryzen5 1400 (4 cores/8 threads).
