Hmm... don't quite understand the question, I myself bought 1. echo dot last year in Germany and installed it via VPN and I was also able to plug it into the socket without an adapter.
I recently ordered the 3rd one from Galaxus and it has the same plug as the older one.
So in short, the plug fits Swiss sockets so you don't need an adapter.

I can only agree with the last comment. Amazon Alexa is not officially available in Switzerland. I was able to install the app via a small diversions by creating a German account in the App Store and getting to the app that way. You also need an Amazon account with a German address.
