This may not answer the question completely, but for AMD-based systems there also seem to be other restrictions according to the manufacturer's website, especially with Mini ITX mainboards from the manufacturers ASrock, Gigabyte and MSI. The product Alpenföhn Alpenföhn Mounting Set Blackridge AM4 for AsRock and Gigabyte should increase the compatibility with Mini ITX mainboards from ASRock and Gigabyte. Other tested matching accessories are unfortunately not specified by our suppliers.

Hello. With the 2 variant, 120x120x15, you need VLP memory (e.g. https://www.memorycow.co.uk/kingston-kvr24n17s8l-8-8gb-ddr4-2400mhz-non-ecc-vlp-memory-ram-dimm ). Which CPU do you have? I assume you have a small form factor case.
