Unfortunately, we cannot obtain spare parts from the supplier. Therefore, you would have to send/bring the chair in for warranty processing.

In my opinion, yes. The castors are made of hard plastic, but they roll very very "smoothly" (do not block when changing direction, etc.). I myself have an industrial floor. In any case, the chair does not leave any marks on it....

Yes, as far as I can see, the armrests and the brackets can be unscrewed. However, this requires tools that are not supplied (quite large Allen key).

The chair has a neck cushion as well as a pelvic cushion, both included.
