The Acer Nitro V15 RTX 3050 comes pre-installed with Windows 11 Home. When you switch it on for the first time, you only need to go through the setup wizard to make basic settings such as language, time zone and network connection.

Hello, You can add following 16GB RAM stick to achieve 32GB: Crucial CT16G48C40S5 (1 x 16GB, 4800 MHz, DDR5 RAM, SO-DIMM)

To expand the RAM to 32 GB, you can buy and install another 16 GB DDR5 RAM stick. Make sure that the new RAM stick is compatible with the existing RAM, which in this case is DDR5 SDRAM. The exact specification of the RAM stick should match the existing specifications of the laptop.

With windows 11 you can install and set all other languages.

It's most likely an RTX 4050, if the price was really that instead of 1160, it would even be a 4060, but I'll see when I pick it up whether I pay for it and take it with me or leave it! The packaging will probably be labelled correctly.
