I tried it myself with DDR4-2666 MHz RAM, but the screen stayed black, so I couldn't start. My conclusion was that because the laptop has DDR4-3200 MHz and the processor needs 2933 MHz, it must have at least this clock rate.
There are dozens of variants. This one is with RTX 2060 Mobile. I can't help you with the headset.
It only has a 3.5mm headphone jack without a microphone so it's audio output only.
