There is not a single difference in the specifications. It may well be that the article is present twice in the system. You should be able to install Linux without any problems. Depending on this, I would recommend a dual boot configuration, since you are buying a Windows 10 licence. If you don't care, just select the boot device in the bios, format the hard drive before or during installation if dual boot is not an option.
The basis is an Aspire with a DE-CH keyboard and the same Win10 settings. I have already noticed several times that Win10 is not too particular about this. Commas and full stops must be entered in the country/regional settings.
