Equipped with the Alpine AL-314 from Annapurna Labs, a quad-core processor with 1.7 GHz, 2 GB DDR3L RAM, a 1 GbE LAN port, and a 2.5 GbE LAN port, the TS-231P3 features a 2.5 GbE RJ45 port that is up to 2.5 times faster than standard Gigabit Ethernet. This enables smoother multimedia playback and daily use. The TS-231P3 ensures data security by supporting AES 256-bit encryption and various options for local, remote, and cloud backups, including snapshot protection, which allows files and data to be restored to a previously recorded state if they are accidentally deleted, altered, or affected by malware.
