To celebrate its 50th anniversary, QED presents the Golden Anniversary XT speaker cable. It embodies the highlight of five decades of dedicated research, innovative technology, and excellent audio expertise. The new X-Tube Plus technology combines X-Tube with Aircore for a uniform reproduction of the entire audible frequency range. High-purity OCC (Ohno Continuous Cast) copper and 99.99% oxygen-free copper conductors ensure the most lossless signal path possible. Low-loss, highly efficient Ultra-Uniform dielectric guarantees minimal signal losses. Airloc Forte banana plugs with a cold welding system provide a permanent attachment to the cable, an improved contact area, and reduced resistance.
