Purecrea Carbon Tube ø8xØ10mm 1m

This is a carbon fiber CFK tube with a fiber content of 63%. The tube is pultruded (drawn). This manufacturing process aligns the fibers unidirectionally in the longitudinal direction. This achieves a high fiber content, but the tubes are susceptible to shear loads. For cutting, we recommend using a diamond cutting disc or saw, and not side cutters. Carbon has excellent mechanical and thermal properties, making it perfect for applications where stability and lightness are required. The surface is slightly porous and adheres well to 3D printed parts. This allows for the construction of lightweight, complex, and stable frameworks, for example, in model building.
