Product details

This is a carbon fiber CFK tube with a fiber content of 63%. The tube is pultruded (drawn). This manufacturing process arranges the fibers unidirectionally along the length, achieving a high fiber content, but the tubes are susceptible to shear loads. Therefore, we recommend using a diamond cutting disc or saw for cutting rather than a side cutter. Carbon has excellent mechanical and thermal properties, making it perfect for applications where stability and lightness are required. The surface is slightly porous and adheres well to 3D-printed parts, allowing for the construction of lightweight, complex, and stable frameworks, such as in model building.

Note: It is only available in 1-meter lengths; two or more units will be shipped as multiple 1-meter pieces.
